Lego
Honestly who doesn't like Lego? Anybody? Didn't think so. I've been playing with lego since I was able to muster the motor functions required to open a box. It is one of my favourite pastimes and something I never tire of. For many years everyone I knew, including myself, was convinced that I would become an architect. That changed along the line and I don't remember when.
Over the years I ventured into the various genres of lego to fully appreciate the joys of this magnificent construction marvel. I had a rather long stint into the Castle era with a strong focus on the Black Knights as well as the Forestmen (or should I say ForestPeople in this ever so correct modern day). Once that period of my life ended I did spend some time with the Pirates including the purchase of the "Skull's Eye Schooner" and a much earlier ship (blue sails) who name I don't recall but I do know that it was purchased in Grand Forks, ND.
Later in life I realized I was maturing and it was time to move on to older toys... so I purchased the Lego Mindstorms programmable lego set. It fit perfectly with my new lifestyle as a computer engineering student.
It should also be known that it is a life's goal of mine to spend at least one full day at Legoland in Denmark. As well as rejoin the Lego Club when the hobby kicks in again.
